Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:
  • AB 35 by Assemblymember David Alvarez (D-San Diego) — Safe Drinking Water, Wildfire Prevention, Drought Preparedness, and Clean Air Bond Act of 2024: Administrative Procedure Act: exemption: program guidelines and selection criteria.
  • AB 1781 by Assemblymember Michelle Rodriguez (D-Ontario) — Federal Home Loan Banks.
  • AB 1951 by Assemblymember Diane Dixon (R-Newport Beach) — Civil actions: filing fees: refunds.
