The Resort At The Bridge District Opens In West Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Californer -- Fulcrum Property announced the opening of The Resort at The Bridge District, a new private fitness, wellness, and social destination serving participating member communities and homes in The Bridge District.

Located along the Sacramento River across from Downtown Sacramento, The Resort features a fitness center and movement studio, pool and hot tub, coworking areas, resident lounges, outdoor fire pits, dog spaw, and gathering spaces. Members will also have access to fitness classes, wellness programming, spa services, and community events.

The opening is the latest milestone in the continued development of The Bridge District, a growing riverfront neighborhood with access to Sutter Health Park, The Barn, Franquette, Park Padel, the Sacramento River, and regional trails.

Immediately adjacent to The Resort, the neighborhood continues to grow with Pierside, Fulcrum Property's newest 260-apartment waterfront community.
