A new destination designed to give founders the strategic space, executive guidance, and trusted community traditionally reserved for corporate leadership teams.
HALF MOON BAY, Calif. - Californer -- Responding to the need for more intentional leadership experiences for entrepreneurs, Clean Living Magazine today announced THE FOUNDER HOUSE™, an invitation-only gathering for women founders taking place July 22–23 at the Inn at San Benito House in Half Moon Bay, California.
Limited to just five Founders-in-Residence, Founder House replaces crowded networking with executive advising, strategic collaboration, and meaningful peer relationships.
Leading the experience is Twila Harrison, Chief Advisor of THE FOUNDER HOUSE™, an executive strategist whose career spans Fortune 500 leadership, executive coaching, board advisory, and organizational transformation. Harrison will facilitate advisory sessions alongside Cassandra McClure, Founder and Creative Director of Clean Living Magazine, who created Founder House to give women entrepreneurs dedicated space to think strategically, strengthen leadership, and build lasting professional relationships.

"Many female founders don't need another conference—they need uninterrupted time to think, refine their vision, and build genuine relationships with other leaders," said McClure. "Founder House was created to provide that space."
"Exceptional businesses are built through intentional leadership, trusted relationships, and strategic clarity," said Harrison. "Our vision is to create an environment where accomplished women founders can step away from the day-to-day demands of running a business, challenge their thinking, and return with renewed focus, stronger strategies, and an expanded network of trusted peers."
Over two days, participants will take part in executive advisory sessions, leadership roundtables, collaborative planning, curated dining, and facilitated discussions designed to move their businesses forward.
While executive retreats have long served corporate leadership teams, Founder House adapts that model for women entrepreneurs seeking high-level guidance, trusted community, and dedicated time to focus on long-term growth.
"We thoughtfully restored the Inn at San Benito House with the vision of creating a place where meaningful conversations and lasting connections can happen," said Chris Cheeseman, owner of the Inn at San Benito House. "Founder House reflects exactly the type of executive retreat and corporate off-site experience we envisioned."
