"This song has a special back story, coming out of tragedy God delivered the exact blessings we needed at the moment it counted, bringing back my personal joy" says Marshalee. "Just before Christmas in 2025 we discovered my son had a brain tumor and he needed immediate surgery and all the help that requires. His college had to make special provisions to accommodate him and us as he begins the journey of healing and recovery, all while continuing his education. Those surrounding my son and I are special people who rose to minister to us and lift us up with joy in the midst of all the pain we were going through. In this difficult time of physical and spiritual need, God provided angels and believers to lift us in prayer and support."
Marshalee is a Contemporary Christian and Gospel artist from Boston whose music ministry has been impacting audiences locally and internationally for more than 15 years.
Known for her rich vocals, engaging stage presence, and heartfelt worship style, Marshalee has collaborated with notable music industry veterans and Grammy Award- winning songwriters and producers including Mitch Wong, Dwan Hill, Jeff Pardo, Fred Jerkins III, and Alvin Garrett.
