LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Country Rebel and producer Davey T Hamilton has officially released his latest single, "Head On Collision (Banger Mix)," alongside an accompanying music video. The song and its visual counterpart are available today across all major digital streaming networks and video platforms.

The new single blends elements of country music, hard rock, and high-energy production. "Head On Collision (Banger Mix)" features prominent electric guitar solos, a driving rhythm, and lyrical themes centered around the unpredictability of romance, framed through automotive metaphors. The narrative lyrics follow a protagonist experiencing an intense, sudden romantic encounter, highlighted by lines describing a direct, unavoidable situation where there is no time to stop or swerve away from a heartbreak.

More on The Californer

The accompanying music video focuses on a visual spectacle set against the dirt roads of the San Fernando Valley desert. Drawing stylistic inspiration from 1980s action cinema and classic automotive rivalries, the video features a vintage 1969 Orange Dodge Charger, driven by Davey T, facing off against a 1979 Black Lamborghini Countach LP 400 S Cannonball Run car driven by an unnamed woman. To match the fast tempo of the music, the video utilizes high-speed aerial drone shots, rapid whip pans, and tight character close-ups. Visual highlights include high-speed vehicle maneuvers, an unexpected desert banjo performance, and two-step choreography performed within the desert dust.

Davey T Hamilton is a musician known for producing high-energy music that merge classic Southern rock and country with modern production techniques. Head On Collision (Banger Mix) is currently streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music, while the music video is available for viewing on the official Davey T Hamilton YouTube channel.
