Team members that joined in Q4 are enhancing the Electives product to benefit Electives client partners, learners and instructors
BOSTON - Californer -- Electives, the enterprise live learning platform that is helping people grow and connect by bringing the world's experts – the known and the unknown – into their lives, expanded its team during the fourth quarter of 2022 with key players on the technology, learning and sales teams. These high-profile hires, outlined below, all filled newly formed roles at Electives.
Christopher Bulger, Director of Product Management
After launching his career at EA, Bulger worked for a roster of startup and established technology companies, including Compete, Runkeeper/ASICS Digital and WHOOP, to set product vision and lead the product management, design and support teams. Bulger is an innovative and data-driven product leader with a history of building and launching products that solve customer needs. Thanks to his strong belief that great products start with a clear vision and goals, coupled with a deep understanding of user problems, Bulger repeatedly leads development projects that result in enhanced user experience, activation and retention rates.
Igor Cheliadinski, Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Cheliadinski joined Electives after spending eight years at EPAM Systems, a global digital transformation services provider. Working his way from junior to lead engineer, Cheliadinski proved his skill and ability to adapt and enhance technology products in sync with growing needs and an evolving world. At Electives, Cheliadinski is tapping into his technical expertise and passion for experimenting and innovating, working with the product and development teams to continually enhance the Electives portal.

Sara Mitchell, Staff Product Designer
Mitchell specializes in designing products for early-stage startups and has a successful track record in marketplaces, B2B products, B2C products, mobile applications and more. By putting users first and advocating for better design-developer relationships, Mitchell spends the necessary time to understand each key stakeholder and their constraints so she can create people-friendly design solutions that work efficiently and effectively. Immediately prior to joining Electives, Mitchell was a designer at Upside Ventures and Five Four Ventures, leading product design for startups.
Ashton Peeples, Senior Manager of Partnerships & Business Development
Focused on matching the right solutions with the right leaders, Peeples is an experienced business development, growth and partnership professional with a passion for relationship building. In her prior roles – at Signature Leaders, Lightmark Media, Docebo, Salon Centric (a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA) and more, Peeples enhanced the sales prospecting processes to support company growth demands.
Hanna Tedros, Senior Manager of Learning Experiences
Tedros supports global growth through agile and outcomes-focused learning strategies. She joined Electives directly from LifeLabs, where she served as a facilitator and DEI trainer. Previous successes include rolling out Subway's first virtual training, which boosted learning opportunities while saving travel costs, and building a needs analysis and training ecosystem at Grubhub. Tedros specializes in global training operations, learning solutions, training initiatives, DE&I and learning needs analysis.
