Doing It Scared features nine self-reflecting chapters tailored to those plagued with self-limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, or the fear of the unknown. Doing It Scared is an interactive guidebook that features self-assessment activities, note-taking, and truth-telling. It challenges and encourages readers to take the first step to overcome fear. Doing It Scared is relatable and taps into the very fears that often haunt and cripple people preventing them from living the lives of their dreams.
In the book, Bryant shares her experiences, from landing her first internship in college to climbing up the ladder at world-renowned record labels to facing her fear of jumping into the world of television-production and film.
