SAN FRANCISCO - Californer -- FUSE LITERARY, the literary agency that brings technology and innovation to the more traditional aspects of book publishing, today announced the promotion of Connor Goldsmith from Agent to Senior Agent at the firm.
"Connor has exhibited the passion, drive and flexibility that are the hallmarks of a successful agent. We are thrilled to mark this milestone with a promotion to Senior Agent," said Fuse co-founder and partner Laurie McLean, who formed Fuse Literary six years ago with her business partner Gordon Warnock.
"Connor has a great eye and tremendous dedication to the job," Gordon said. "We're thrilled to see him reach the next level in his career."
Connor Goldsmith specializes in select Nonfiction titles and Science Fiction/Fantasy/Horror Fiction for adults. His clients run the gamut from celebrity influencers to award-winning novelists.
Born and raised in New York, Connor lived briefly in the Midwest studying English and the Classics at Oberlin College in Ohio. He is passionate about narrative across all media as a vehicle for social progress, and received a Master's Degree in Media Studies from The New School for Public Engagement.

Connor began his career in publishing in 2012 at Lowenstein Associates, and joined Fuse Literary in 2014 as an Associate Agent. He was promoted to Agent in 2015. Prior to entering the world of books, he was a full-time intern and relief assistant in the commercial film and television department at Abrams Artists Agency.
