SACRAMENTO ~ Governor Gavin Newsom expressed his pride in California hosting the Super Bowl at Levi's Stadium in The Bay Area in 2026. He congratulated all those who worked hard to bring the game back to Levi's Stadium, noting that it will bring hundreds of millions of dollars to the state's economy, local businesses, and workers. Newsom said that The Bay Area continues to be a destination for the world's largest sporting events and that California looks forward to showcasing itself on one of the world's biggest stages.
