RIVERSIDE, Calif. - Californer -- Riverside, CA, The newest Handel's Homemade Ice Cream is coming to Riverside County, and it's a family affair! Brothers and business partners Gagan and Aman Batta are bringing the award-winning ice cream place to Riverside. The community is welcome to join the grand opening event of the premium ice cream brand on June 15, 2024, located at 5225 Canyon Crest Dr, Suite 7A, Riverside, CA 92507. The first 100 guests to visit Handel's Canyon Crest will receive free ice cream for one year*. The event is open to the public and will feature several giveaways and fun activities for all ages from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Franchisees and brothers Gagan and Aman Batta will lead Handel's Canyon Crest. Before joining Handel's, the Batta brothers had been in the food business for 22 years, gaining an excellent reputation in the food franchise industry.
"I feel honored to introduce Handel's Homemade Ice Cream to Riverside," said Gagan Batta, co-owner of Handel's Canyon Crest. "Handel's is widely recognized across the country, so to have the opportunity to work with the most authentic ice cream company and bring this to the tight-knit community of Riverside is such an honor."
The grand opening is a heartfelt gesture from the owners to build a close connection with the community. It will be a complete family event for guests to enjoy the day together. The grand opening will also feature a DJ, face painting, balloon twisting, and several fun activities for kids and families from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.Additionally, guests will enjoy a special "SPIN THE WHEEL" game, offering a fair chance to every customer to win special Handel's swag throughout the day.

"Handel's commitment to handcrafted excellence and unbeatable flavors has made this a beloved destination for ice cream lovers everywhere in the nation. We can't wait to share this taste with the Riverside community and create lasting memories together," said Gagan Batta.
Along with providing a fun-filled atmosphere for the event, Handel's Canyon Crest will donate 10% of the grand opening sales to the Autism Society, which creates connections and empowers everyone in the Autism community with the resources needed to live fully.
Handel's Canyon Crest is a 1,900 sq. ft. space in Riverside County. The store will be open daily from 11 a.m. -10 p.m.
Canyon Crest Towne Center offers guests of all ages something fun to discover every day of the week. The Canyon Crest Towne Center boasts Ralph's fresh fare gourmet supermarket, Rite Aid, Nekter Juice Bar, and vim+vigor Fitness. It is located near UCR and Canyon Crest Neighborhood.
