EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. - Californer -- The High Rise film franchise is returning with its next installment, High Rise 6: Power to Escape, scheduled for release in Spring 2027. The latest chapter continues the independent crime-drama franchise created and developed by filmmaker, musician and entertainer Jon Robert Quinn.
High Rise 6: Power to Escape expands the established High Rise universe with returning characters, new faces and several competing forces whose interests begin to intersect. The film continues the franchise's blend of crime drama, suspense, luxury automobiles and character-driven storytelling while opening a new chapter for the series.
Quinn remains a central creative force behind the High Rise franchise, continuing his involvement in the development, production and creative direction of the films. His work on the series has helped establish a distinctive independent filmmaking style that combines cinematic storytelling with Quinn's long-standing connection to music, performance and automotive culture.

The sixth installment builds upon the foundation established by the previous High Rise films, continuing the evolving world surrounding the Vernicci organization and its expanding network of characters. Familiar names return alongside new characters, creating new relationships and rivalries while leaving the larger story open for future installments.
Automotive culture continues to play an important visual role in the High Rise series. The new film is expected to feature high-performance vehicles, including the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and Aston Martin, adding another cinematic dimension to the production and reinforcing one of the visual trademarks of the franchise.
Rather than simply repeating the formula of earlier installments, High Rise 6: Power to Escape is being developed as an expansion of the franchise's world, introducing new dynamics while maintaining the characters, atmosphere and visual identity audiences have come to associate with High Rise.
Additional casting, production and release information will be announced as the film moves toward its Spring 2027 release.
