Engineered for the next generation of industrial automation and edge computing, this board is among the first to support the new LGA1851 socket for Intel® 15th Generation Ultra™ Processors (Series 2).

The IMB-ARL-Q870 is designed to meet the rigorous processing and AI-workload demands of modern industrial environments. By integrating the high-performance Intel® Core™ Ultra architecture, the motherboard delivers significant improvements in performance-per-watt and provides a robust foundation for AIoT applications.

Unmatched Memory Capacity and High-Speed Connectivity To handle data-intensive tasks, the IMB-ARL-Q870 features four 288-pin 5600 MHz Dual-Channel DDR5 slots, supporting a massive capacity of up to 192GB of Clocked Unbuffered DIMM (CUDIMM). This ensures rapid data throughput and system stability for complex industrial workflows.

Networking is managed by dual Intel® 2.5GbE controllers (Intel® I226-LM and I226V), providing high-speed and reliable communication essential for industrial network infrastructures.

Advanced Visuals and Scalable Expansion The IMB-ARL-Q870 offers powerful display capabilities, supporting quadruple independent displays through HDMI™ 1.4, DisplayPort 1.4, and a high-speed USB4 port capable of 40Gb/s transfer speeds and 4K@60Hz resolution.

For system integrators, the board provides flexible expansion options:

High-Speed PCIe Slots: One PCIe Gen5 x16 slot (ideal for high-performance graphics or AI accelerators) and three PCIe Gen4 x4 slots.
M.2 Storage & Modules: Two M.2 M key slots (2280, PCIe x4) for ultra-fast NVMe storage, and one M.2 B key slot specifically designed for IRIS2-2600 module expansion.

Industrial Durability and Longevity True to IEI's commitment to reliability, the IMB-ARL-Q870 is built to operate in temperatures ranging from 0°C to 60°C.
