IFLM Special Shareholders Meeting - Early Notice

SAN DIEGO - Californer -- IFLM will be holding a Special Shareholders Meeting on Saturday August 3rd, 2019. Notices will be sent out by mail to all registered shareholders no later than July 3rd, 2019.

"It is an excellent time to call a Special Shareholders Meeting." says IFLM's newly appointed CEO, Theo Hanson. "We are already off to a very productive first week under new management. We feel that this would be a great opportunity to engage shareholders, exchange ideas, and address concerns."

In the interim, the company will provide a comprehensive update July 6th, 2019 via web meeting. Enrollment to attend that event begins June 29th, 2019. Please follow IFLM's Facebook page for instructions. The company will provide a additional Press Release in the days prior.

"We would have liked to have hosted a Special Shareholders Meeting sooner than August." Said the CEO. "In reviewing the Broadridge guidelines regarding digital meetings, we decided to err on the side of caution and provide a full 30 days written notification prior to the meeting. By offering an interim update we hope to allow Shareholders to better prepare for an official Shareholders Meeting. We will use the July event to share relevant updates on filings, OTC submissions/responses, a variety of resolutions, the new business plan, and creditor/debt status."
