The annual frozen yogurt consumer survey captures consumers' frozen yogurt attitudes, preferences, and consumption in the United States. The results are shared with frozen yogurt shops.
LOS ANGELES - Californer -- The International Frozen Yogurt Association (IFYA), the frozen yogurt trade association, is sponsoring the National Frozen Yogurt Consumer Survey to understand the state of the US frozen yogurt market from the perspective of consumers.
The online consumer survey is open from September 13, 2023 to September 30, 2023. The survey includes questions about loyalty, current froyo consumption, future froyo consumption, and frozen yogurt attitudes and preferences. Survey respondents will be entered into a random drawing to win $25 froyo shop gift cards. Five winners will be selected. The survey is open to anyone over 13 who lives in the US.
"This is the seventh time we've surveyed froyo consumers. The survey captures important information about loyalty, price sensitivity, consumption, and more. We always look forward to seeing the results of the survey and sharing those results with frozen yogurt shops," said Susan Linton, President of the International Frozen Yogurt Association.
