KATY, Texas - Californer -- Inframark, a leader in infrastructure solutions focused on water and wastewater contract operations and maintenance services (O&M) across the U.S., is pleased to announce that it has acquired Georgia-based ESG Engineering, Inc.
This addition creates a specialized in-house engineering capability, augmenting Inframark's industry-leading water and wastewater O&M expertise and enhancing its ability to provide innovative, customized solutions for clients. Specializing in engineering and capital program management solutions for water and wastewater treatment projects, ESG Engineering brings a wealth of technical expertise and experience. The team provides all phases of water, wastewater, and stormwater project development and delivery, including consulting, planning, funding support and grant pursuit, design, construction management, and construction support. ESG Engineering's client-first approach has proven a differentiator in the marketplace and continues to drive its success.
"We are excited to welcome ESG Engineering to the Inframark family," said Inframark's Chief Executive Officer Steve Meininger. "The integration of ESG Engineering into Inframark is a win-win for our team and our clients. Their expertise, coupled with our shared values of service, quality and excellence, perfectly complement Inframark's existing capabilities and culture. This addition expands our ability to support our existing customers as their O&M expert."
ESG Engineering was previously a "sister company" to ESG Operations, which merged with Inframark in 2021. "The platform we created by merging ESG Operations and Inframark has been a resounding success," continued Meininger. "Now, we are excited to reunite the two ESG organizations and combine as one team. Together, we'll be able to better address the complex and evolving needs of our clients, offering industry-leading service and an integrated services approach for long-term value."
