SAN DIEGO - Californer -- San Diego-based corporate and securities law firm, Jacko Law Group, PC has announced the promotion of attorney Jeremiah Baba Pagano, Esq. LL.M, CEPA to Senior Attorney.

Mr. Pagano joined the firm in 2021, lending his expertise in corporate, tax and securities law to assist clients in the investment advisory space. Applying a holistic legal framework to his practice, Mr. Pagano is also a certified Exit Planning Adviser (CEPA).

With his expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management and transition services, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, Mr. Pagano provides legal counsel to both firms and individuals, working with them to align tactical business strategies while mitigating risk.
