SoundStack Hosting and Delivery is designed to make it easier for all types of audio publishers – from radio groups to podcast networks – to provide seamless listening experiences for their large and loyal audiences. This functionality is made possible by SoundStack Engine, a content delivery network (CDN) that offers real-time global audio orchestration with nine points of presence worldwide and an array of automation tools for simple streaming management.
Moreover, several stations will also benefit from SoundStack Insights – a feature that provides historical and real-time listening data, heat mapping of listenership around the world, streaming trends for performance monitoring, and more. Additionally, all stations will have direct access to SoundStack's collaborative solutions engineering and service teams.
Steven A. Williams, President and CEO of WBGO, expressed his excitement about this partnership by saying that "for WBGO, SoundStack is a gift from the gods of digital technology." He believes that SoundStack's thorough and transparent data insights, as well as its easy accessibility, make it the perfect bridge for efficient and effective maintenance and distribution of their digital assets.

Callahan also mentioned that the real-time streaming data provided by Insights is a favorite among their program director.
Jon Stephenson, CEO of SoundStack, expressed his pride in powering live streaming for some of the most famous public radio stations in history.
