Interactive tool models a firm's own click costs, contingency rate and case
value against a flat monthly territory rate
value against a flat monthly territory rate
REDONDO BEACH, Calif. - Californer -- LawProactive Inc., a legal marketing and lead generation platform, today launched a free interactive ROI calculator that allows personal injury attorneys to compare their existing pay-per-click advertising spend against the cost of renting a geo-exclusive city funnel.
The calculator, available at roi-calculator.lawproactive.com, requires no signup. Attorneys
enter their own cost-per-click, monthly click volume, contingency percentage and average
case value. The tool then runs a live spend meter against a flat monthly territory rate and
charts cumulative cost over time, showing where the two lines diverge.

"Attorneys are quoted percentages by every marketing company that walks through the
door, and they've learned to ignore them," said Octavio Sanchez, founder of LawProactive.
"We'd rather hand them the inputs and let them do the division. If the math doesn't work for
their market, the calculator will show them that too."
Personal injury remains among the most expensive categories in paid search, with individual
clicks in competitive California metros routinely reaching triple digits before any inquiry
converts to a signed case. LawProactive's model replaces auction-based click buying with a
fixed monthly rate for exclusive rights to a seven-page funnel architecture built for a single
city — a hub page plus six practice-area silos covering car and truck accidents, slip and fall
and dog bite, medical malpractice, workplace injury, product liability, and wrongful death.
Territories are rented to one firm per city on a month-to-month basis. Once a city is
claimed, it is unavailable to competing firms for the duration of the rental.

The calculator also includes an animated breakdown of the funnel architecture itself,
illustrating how a multi-page structure captures search intent that a single landing page
does not. All figures produced by the tool are illustrative arithmetic based on user-supplied inputs and do not represent past or expected results. Lead volume varies by market and is not guaranteed. The calculator is live now and free to use.
