Upgrades to the compliance management suite include a new accreditation module, numerous training courses and an integration with ADP's HR platform
REDLANDS, Calif. - Californer -- MedTrainer, the creator of the only all-in-one learning, compliance, accreditation and credentialing management suite, has been named the Best Compliance Management Solution Provider in the 2020 MedTech Breakthrough Awards. This marks the second year that MedTrainer has been recognized by the prestigious awards program, which honors top companies, people, platforms and products for excellence and innovation in health, fitness and medical technology.
The MedTech Breakthrough Awards commended MedTrainer for recent upgrades to its compliance management platform, including:
• New training courses: To help facilities keep up with requirements from accreditation and regulatory bodies, MedTrainer added numerous new courses to its learning management system (LMS), including training to support lifesaving support initiatives, a wound care series for clinicians focused on continuum of care, an AMA category 1 approved Opioid Provider series for prescription best practices, and hours of content targeted to ASCs and long-term care facilities.

• A new accreditation module: MedTrainer's newest feature is an accreditation management module. Facilities can create custom profiles to manage requirements for accreditation agencies, such as AAAASF, AAAHC and the Joint Commission. The system immediately alerts administrators if there is any value out of compliance or missing data. It can be programmed to automatically send reports to the Governing Board for review and approval.
• MedTrainer's Connector with ADP Workforce Now: MedTrainer recently joined the ADP Marketplace with the MedTrainer Connector for ADP Workforce Now®, ADP's human resources platform. Customers can automatically sync personnel information between both systems, reducing administrative time. New hires are automatically assigned necessary training, and employees no longer with the organization can be easily removed.
"It is no secret that healthcare industry regulations change continuously and can be incredibly complex," said Jorge Fernandez, COO, MedTrainer. "At the same time, it is important that organizations stay compliant with federal and state regulatory changes, and we are committed to simplifying the end-to-end compliance management process, helping our customers navigate through the complexities so that they can focus primarily on their patient care. With this 2020 MedTech Breakthrough Award, we proudly stand out as an innovator and leader in the rapidly growing industry of healthcare technology."
