Mt. Gilead Bible Camp invites women of all ages to its 2025 Christian women's retreat in Sonoma County, California—featuring keynote speaker Sharon Sands, powerful worship, creative workshops, fellowship, and rest beneath the redwoods.
SEBASTOPOL, Calif. - Californer -- SEBASTOPOL, Calif. —
Each spring, women from across California gather beneath the redwoods of Sonoma County for a weekend filled with worship, encouragement, and authentic fellowship.
Hosted by Mt. Gilead Bible Camp, the Annual Women's Retreat is an invitation to step away from daily demands and enter into the peaceful, faithful presence of God. Women of all ages are welcome to join this powerful gathering centered on connection, reflection, and spiritual renewal.
This year's theme, "Even If," is drawn from the deeply moving words of Habakkuk 3:17–18 — a reminder that even when life feels uncertain, God's goodness never changes. Whether you are in a season of abundance or waiting, this weekend is a place to rest, worship, and remember that the Lord is faithful in every circumstance.

Gilead Bible Camp before, but I love that it's tucked away in the redwoods of Sonoma County, not far from Santa Rosa and the Bay Area. Everything about this retreat sounds like an invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with God. It's encouraging to see that women of all ages are welcome. Whether you're coming with your church or showing up solo, it looks like a really warm and faith-filled space. I'm planning to register and already invited a few friends. - Abby W.:
