RALEIGH, N.C. - Californer -- The National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) has launched a new digital badging program for its members and member colleges. "By providing a secure, digital representation of the work our members are doing, the skills they are learning and the certifications they have earned, our members can more easily manage, share and make use of these credentials within their networks, across social media platforms and on their resumes," said Dr. Rebecca Corbin, NACCE President and CEO. "As our members work within our nationwide network and in their local communities, the digital badges that they earn make it easy for their peers, college leadership, potential employers, and NACCE partners to identify skills and accomplishments, and to verify that those skills are relevant and up-to-date."
NACCE is working with Credly, the digital credentialing leader, to provide digital badges. Credly collaborates with top global training providers, credential issuers, associations and academic institutions that are similarly focused on the power of verified skills and achievements. Credly's Acclaim platform transforms knowledge, skills and achievements into digital credentials that empower individuals to connect with learning and career opportunities.
