FREMONT, Calif. - Californer -- Nationwide Boiler Inc., supplier of industrial rental boilers, new and used in-stock package boilers, emissions control equipment and custom PLC control systems, is pleased to announce a planned leadership transition designed to ensure continuity and long-term stability. Current VP of Sales, Jim Lieskovan, has been appointed President effective August 1, 2026, and Larry Day will continue in his role as CEO through his retirement in January 2027.
Serving as Nationwide Boiler's President and CEO since 2016, Larry has played a key role in guiding the company's growth and advancing Nationwide Boiler's capabilities across its rental, sales, and emissions control businesses. As CEO, he will continue to provide strategic leadership and oversight during the transition period. "I am proud of what we have accomplished together and grateful for the opportunity to continue serving as CEO through my retirement," said Larry. "Nationwide Boiler has an exceptional team and a strong foundation built on integrity, dependability, and real customer service. Jim is well positioned to lead the company forward, and I look forward to working closely with him to ensure a smooth and successful transition."

Jim Lieskovan brings extensive industry and leadership experience to his new role as President. Jim has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth throughout his tenure with Nationwide Boiler. As President, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and work closely with the leadership team to continue driving innovation and delivering value to customers and partners. Larry will remain actively involved as CEO through his retirement in January 2027, providing continuity and strategic direction during the transition period.
