LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Director Kelby Joseph, a graduate of AMDA Los Angeles, directs and executive produces film "Uncle Ed's Bucket List" with winnings made at a local casino. After successfully graduating college like many other young adults around the world, Kelby was in search of a job. Ready to explore a new exciting chapter of life, he started focusing on a career in the entertainment industry. Kelby was determined to succeed. Taking his last $100 dollars, Kelby made his way to the casino and let fate take its course. Minutes later, Kelby turned his money into profit and eventually made a staggering $20,000 in winnings. Kelby felt that it was a sign and was determined to continue his passion. Beginning to build his team and start to create his comedy " Uncle Ed's Bucket List". Kelby reached out to his good friend & creative partner Bamm Ericsen. The two worked together in the past, with their first feature, "All About the Money" which was released in 2016. After getting cast and crew locked in, it was time to make his vision come to life. The film stars Phil Cook (Uncle Ed) a party animal who is diagnosed with an "internal virus" and has only 6 months to live. Uncle Ed makes a bucket list and asks his nephew Jason (played by Kelby) to join him on his final days completing the bucket list in an effort to relive his glory days. The bucket list consists of things he always wanted to do that he never got a chance to fulfill.
