Rouse House Books, the independent children's book company founded by author Edwin H Rouse III, has launched its official website, RouseHouseBooks.com — a new home for its growing catalog of picture books that inspire imagination, kindness, confidence, and a love of reading.

The site brings together all 14 Rouse House Books titles, led by The Amazing Adventures of Aalyna and Aaliyah (paperback, $14.99, ISBN 9798182702638), the story of two sisters whose imaginations carry them around the world and into big-dream careers — from President of the United States to doctor, lawyer, firefighter, and community activist. Alongside the books, the website offers free downloadable teacher worksheets for the stories, giving educators ready-made classroom companions to the books, and previews companion activity books for after-school learning, coming soon through the website and IngramSpark distribution.

"I taught myself publishing so I could own my work outright. This website is the front door of the house — every story, every worksheet, everything we're building, in one place for the families and teachers who've been asking for it," said Rouse III.

Rouse III is a self-published author who taught himself the production craft of publishing — font sizing, editing, and trim size — to bring his books to market while keeping full ownership of his work. Rouse House Books titles are available through Ingram, Barnes & Noble, and the new website, and Rouse III offers author school visits in person and virtually.
