Background:	On April 1, the City of San José Office of Cultural Affairs (OCA), alongside 27 arts organizations, businesses and community groups, celebrated the launch of WeCreate408, a month-long online challenge to inspire creativity and celebrate San José's rich and diverse arts and culture. Over 1,440 individuals have signed up to participate in the challenge and receive daily creativity prompts in April.
