This season Rylee explores the popular beach city in Puerto Vallarta. This Mexican city is known for its beautiful beaches and LGBTQ-friendly nightlife. What many don't realize is it is home to many vegan restaurants. These vegan restaurants are growing in popularity, and the city is seeing more and more of these restaurants pop up. Rylee finds great vegan restaurants that have been open for years. She also tries the new vegan restaurants that have just started to make their mark in the city.
