LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that commercial litigator Michael A. Angel has joined the growing California offices as of counsel in the Los Angeles office.
Michael comes to Snell & Wilmer with over 30 years of experience in business and real estate litigation, trust and estates litigation, and corporate law and transactions. He has represented financial institutions in complex civil litigation matters regarding real and personal property secured transactions, provisional remedies of injunctions, receiverships, and attachments, real estate transactions and litigation, and general corporate matters. As a trust and estates litigator, Michael's knowledge includes handling conservatorships of the person and estate of high net worth individuals; guardianships of family members; litigation amongst disgruntled beneficiaries; and representing trustees of family trusts.
Michael also advises clients in the corporate arena. His experience includes the formation of corporations and limited liability companies, performing corporate housekeeping duties, reviewing contracts and leases, analyzing the feasibility and advising on the desirability of pursuing or defending business torts such as, unfair and deceptive business practices, and unfair competition, and compliance with governmental requirements to operate the particular business or company.

Michael has significant jury trial experience before the State and Federal Courts and has arbitrated major cases before the American Arbitration Association.
