Murphey represents public companies in matters concerning SEC reporting obligations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and capital raising initiatives. Her background includes broad experience in capital markets and corporate transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, alternative strategic transactions, uplisting, corporate governance challenges, risk management, contract drafting and review, as well as a variety of other corporate transactions and general corporate issues. Additionally, she provides counsel to private companies regarding securities and other corporate matters.
