Engelman will be part of the Leadership Team and lead the company's scaling of service operations from their Nashville, TN office.

A people and process centered leader, Engelman, formerly Vice President, Stock Plan & Shared Services at Fidelity Investments, brings his passion for building relationships and serving clients to the growing firm.  While at Fidelity, some of Engelman's accomplishments included: creating hiring strategies to grow the stock plan operations team from zero to over 100 employees, leading the client service team to record breaking Net Promoter Scores, and leveraging Agile, Six Sigma, Lean, and Design Thinking methodologies to build efficiencies and improve operations.

Engelman's past leadership roles and over twenty years of industry experience have prepared him to drive Stock & Option Solutions to achieve strategic goals, align operations around a continual process improvement philosophy and ensure operations proactively delivers quality, scalability, and in the end, peace of mind, to the company's clients.  Applying his operations strategies to Stock & Option Solutions, Engelman will align the company's customer service teams to ensure the optimum client experience, team culture, and scalability.
