Stratum Nutrition® Announces Market Ready Dairy Free BLIS K12® and BLIS M18®

CARTHAGE, Mo. - Californer -- Stratum Nutrition^®, (a business of ESM Technologies), in conjunction with Blis Technologies, is pleased to announce the release of dairy-free BLIS K12^® and BLIS M18^® to Stratum Nutrition's ingredient science-backed portfolio. Stratum Nutrition is the North American distributor for Blis Technologies. The release of both allergen free ingredients is helpful to customers seeking to formulate dairy free, probiotic lines. Strains are available today to customers with appropriate equivalency data.
