LOS ANGELES - Californer -- In response to the revocation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Executive Order and the broader rollback of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs at the federal level, the California Equity Initiative (https://www.calequity.org/) is hosting a free virtual workshop to equip workers with the knowledge and tools to protect their rights in the workplace.
"Your Rights, Your Future: Equipping California Workers with the Tools to Protect Their Rights" will bring together industry experts—including employment law attorneys, labor rights professionals, and California legislators—to provide practical, actionable insights for navigating workplace discrimination, advocating for fair wages, and ensuring safe and equitable working conditions.
