"Caring for your loved ones can be challenging, especially when you're working, raising a family, living out of town or just trying to find time for some self-care. We launched this business to be your extended family. We are here to provide the kind of care you want for your loved ones when you can't be there yourself," Ollie said. "We are driven by the desire to serve – when it comes to our clients and our caregivers. We value the importance of reliability, consistency and professionalism, which is why we go through an extensive interview process to hire and match caregivers and why our people are background checked and trained."
Home Helpers offers free in-home consultations and works with each client to create a flexible, affordable care plan based on a person's individual needs. Their team offers in-home personal care, companion care, homemaker services, respite care and 24-hour/live-in care. Additionally, Home Helpers will perform an in-home safety assessment before the start of care.

Ollie, who is a Certified Senior Advisor, and Timi met Kristi at church. The three are experienced business owners and they all understand the importance – and sometimes the stress – of being a caregiver. Ollie saw his family struggle to care for his grandfather, who was a double amputee, and his mother-in-law, who had dementia. Timi's mother cared for her grandmother, mother and sister in her own home, but moved herself into a nursing home when it came time for additional care. And Kristi was the primary care provider for her mother, who passed away in April of 2019.
