LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Petri Hawkins Byrd, a household name from his time as bailiff on Judge Judy, returns to the screen as one of two bailiffs on Tribunal Justice, Prime Video's latest courtroom series created by Judge Judy Sheindlin.
