SAN DIEGO - Californer -- It's All About the Kids® Foundation today announced the official launch of FIND FOOD, a new, completely free online San Diego County Food Directory designed specifically to connect families with children to emergency food resources, CalFresh assistance, easy low-cost recipes, and upcoming grocery savings — all in one easy-to-use place.
FIND FOOD gives San Diego families instant access to:
Translated into over 100 languages, the directory allows families to search by zip code and view results on an interactive map or simple list. Every listing includes current hours, address, eligibility, and direct contact information. Food distribution organizations can log in to update their own listings in real time, ensuring families always have the most current information. The charity will also share a newsletter with their partners that contains essential food‑insecurity data, helpful resources, and strategies to strengthen their programs.

"Too many San Diego families are struggling to put food on the table, and parents shouldn't have to spend hours searching for help," said Angela Brannon-Baptiste, Co-Founder, CEO and President of the Board of It's All About the Kids® Foundation. "FIND FOOD was built specifically for families with children. It's simple, respectful, and puts real resources at their fingertips so kids can focus on growing and learning instead of worrying about their next meal."
FIND FOOD is 100% free and will remain free for all San Diego families. The foundation encourages schools, clinics, faith-based organizations, and community partners to share the resource widely and is actively seeking corporate and community partners to sponsor the directory so it can continue serving thousands of San Diego families for years to come.
