New 5 Axis Quick MILL
The 5 Axis Quick MILL has a large work area of 8" x 8" x 8" enabling a wide range of applications in Titanium, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Delrin, Lexan, Carbon Fiber and Green Ceramics. Equipped with advanced 5-axis servo-coordinated motion, a powerful 3-horsepower 24,000 RPM spindle and a 21-tool automatic tool changer with true center point control, the 5 Axis Quick MILL is fully self-contained with coolant tank and onboard compressor. The 5 Axis Quick MILL is compatible with the popular cloud-based Fusion 360 platform and utilizes EIA standard G-Code and M-Codes for programming, making it adaptable to files from any CAD/CAM software.Designed to fit through a standard door, the 5 Axis Quick Mill is compact, approximately the size of a refrigerator.

New Quick LASER
The New Quick LASER is offered by T-Tech through a partnership with the developer of the underlying laser-based PCB prototyping technology. Under the Quick LASER brand and service network, T-Tech brings this capability to customers seeking faster iteration cycles, simplified in-house prototyping, and a practical pathway toward domestic manufacturing workflows. The Quick LASER provides a standard 5" × 5" work area and supports prototyping on all common PCB substrates including FR4, flex and ceramics. The system utilizes a 20-micron, 15-watt UV pulse laser beam and precision motion/optics to enable 2-mil minimum copper trace/space features, drilling, solder-masking, and more. The Quick LASER is fully self-contained, including a fume extractor with HEPA filtration to capture any particulates or off-gassing during processing.
