Truelok® Hex Ball Valves are manufactured to a compact design with a low torque and easy operation that is available in Butterfly, Lever and locking handle. Hex Ball Valves are available in variety of end connections, ranging from ¼" to 1" tube fittings and Female NPT connections manufactured in Stainless Steel 316 material. They are designed for chemical plants, refineries, steel mills, fuel lines, heavy vehicles, oil and gas.

Every valve is tested for a blowout proof stem with Nitrogen at 1000 psig (69 bar) for the seat performance. Maximum allowable leakage around the seat under this test condition is 0.1 std cc/min. Total system design must be taken into consideration to ensure optimal performance and safety. Proper installation, material compatibility, operation and maintenance of these valves must be taken in consideration. Truelok® Hex Ball Valves are intermixable and interchangeable with similar products offered by other US brands.
