Removal of impacted materials: Porous items and materials that could not be effectively remediated were carefully removed, packaged, and prepared for approved disposal as regulated waste.
Biohazard cleaning and decontamination: Affected surfaces were cleaned using professional-grade methods, followed by targeted disinfection and sanitization to address potentially infectious contamination.
Odor control and detail cleaning: The team completed detail work around edges, corners, and adjacent touchpoints, addressing residue and applying odor-control measures where needed.
Final verification and turnover: The work area was re-evaluated to confirm visible contamination was removed, and the space met cleanliness and safety expectations prior to turnover.
