SAN FRANCISCO - Californer -- After much anticipation, the 3rd Annual AHS Awards winners have officially been announced, following the nominee reveal on February 3, 2025. With 29 categories spanning film, television, and broadcasting, this year's awards highlighted some of the most outstanding talent and productions in the entertainment industry.

Monkey Man roared to success with two major wins, solidifying Dev Patel's triumphant debut as a filmmaker. Patel took home Best Director and earned the Best Actor Award for his powerful performance in the film.

In the television drama categories, Mr. and Mrs. Smith was a standout. The reimagined series earned Best Drama TV Series, and Donald Glover was awarded Best Actor in a Drama Series for his compelling role.

The AHS Awards'  biggest winner was the fan-favorite sitcom Abbott Elementary, which claimed three awards — the most of any show this year. The series won Best Comedy Series, with Tyler James Williams earning Best Actor in a Comedy Series and creator/star Quinta Brunson winning Best Actress in a Comedy Series.

The news and game show categories saw familiar names take the spotlight. 60 Minutes received two accolades: Best TV Series – News Program and Best TV News Anchor, affirming its place as a leader in broadcast journalism. Meanwhile, Family Feud continued its winning streak, taking home Best TV Series – Game Show and Best Game Show Host for Steve Harvey — making it the third consecutive year the series has won both honors.

In the competitive reality space, RuPaul's Drag Race dazzled with two wins: Best TV Series – Competitive and Best TV Competitive Series Judge/Host, Drag Queen Extraordinaire, RuPaul Charles.

The AHS Awards also honors two legendary figures with Lifetime Achievement Awards. Acclaimed actor Samuel L. Jackson was honored with the Akira Kurosawa Film Tribute for his extraordinary contributions to cinema. Beloved comedian and television pioneer George Lopez received the Ethel Waters TV Tribute, recognizing his lasting impact on television and representation in the media.

The 3rd Annual AHS Awards once again celebrated the talent, creativity, and stories that continue to captivate audiences globally.
