DENVER - Californer -- Actionstep, a leading provider of cloud-based legal practice management software supporting thousands of law firms globally, today announced the accelerated growth of Actionstep Academy, a centralized training platform initially launched last December, that provides customers with free online educational and instructional content to get the most out of the Actionstep platform.

Actionstep's active customer engagement and the focus on helping midsize law firms make the most out of their technology investment, especially during economic downturns, with initiatives like Actionstep Academy, are resonating with the user base and broader law firm market.
"Actionstep succeeds when our customers succeed–we want them to learn how to push the envelope with our platform to produce work faster and more efficiently for their clients," stated Daniella Bohill, Vice President, Customers, and Actionstep Academy brainchild and lead advocate. "Our new Actionstep Academy format delivers on our promise to partner with our customers and help them improve their knowledge and technical proficiency with our solution. We want to develop power users who are excited to use and leverage Actionstep in a way that best suits their firm, and not feel stressed or distraught, which people often do when they use technology without enough training or guidance. Legal tech training is of course a two-way street, but it is on us to make the road to technology success as straight and smooth as possible."
According to the 2023 Midsize Law Firm Priorities Report commissioned by Actionstep earlier this year, 98% of responding law professionals agree their firms can take steps to help alleviate work stress, a major concern facing the legal community. 46% of report respondents cited 'intuitive tools or programs' as desired stress relievers, and 36% mentioned 'professional development and training' as a way to lessen stress at work. Actionstep Academy aims to help midsize firms overcome these challenges by leveraging technology to boost productivity. It empowers firms to develop efficient workflows tailored to their teams and clients, while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
