SAN FRANCISCO, July 23, 2025 ~ San Francisco, CA - Hamilton Zanze, a prominent multifamily real estate investment firm based in San Francisco, has proudly announced that Berit Tomten, the Senior Director of Project Management, has been selected as a member of GlobeSt.'s Women of Influence Class of 2025 in the Corporate Real Estate Executive category.
Tomten expressed her gratitude for being chosen among the esteemed 2025 class, stating, "The Women of Influence program is among the most esteemed in the industry, and I'm incredibly honored to be chosen among the 2025 class. I am also extremely thankful for my wonderful colleagues at Hamilton Zanze, who have created an enjoyable and forward-thinking environment that makes it easy to thrive."
As part of this recognition, Tomten and other honorees will be featured in a special article on GlobeSt.com and will receive additional recognition through the publication's email newsletters and social media platforms. The award winners were also celebrated at the annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence dinner at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Denver on July 22.

In her role as Senior Director of Project Management at Hamilton Zanze, Tomten is responsible for overseeing all capital projects across their national multifamily portfolio. She ensures that renovations and construction projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, she leads the company's design, construction, and sustainability initiatives by implementing innovative solutions that improve efficiency and long-term property performance. Tomten, who is based in Seattle, has been with Hamilton Zanze since 2013 and was promoted to her current role in 2022. She also has an extensive athletic background, including being an All-American swimmer, competitive ski jumper, a collegiate rower at the University of Minnesota, and a near-qualifier for the 2014 USA Olympic bobsled team.
