~ Sacramento - Governor Gavin Newsom has made several appointments today, December 6, 2024. He also held positions at the Franchise Tax Board from 2010 to 2020, including Information Technology Supervisor II and Senior Information Systems Analyst. Kumpulainien holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from California State University, Sacramento.
