SAINT JOHN, New Brunswick - Californer -- In honour of Grandparents Day, visionary author Dawn James proudly announces the release of For the Grandchildren, Volume I, the first installment in a new book series that celebrates the timeless wisdom of elders. This collection is more than just a book—it's a tribute to the invaluable life lessons and stories that grandparents have to share, offering a bridge between generations at a time when family connections are more vital than ever.

Available now on Amazon, For the Grandchildren, Volume I, published by Publish and Promote, comes in eBook, paperback (large print), and hardcover (large print) formats (ISBN-10 - 199854401X / ISBN-13 - 978-1998544011). Embrace the wisdom of our elders and make this Grandparents Day memorable by sharing these stories with the ones you love.

"The greatest untapped resource is the collective wisdom of our elders," says Dawn. Inspired by the influential work All We Can Save: Truth, Courage, and Solutions for the Climate Crisis by Ayana Elizabeth Johnson and Katherine K. Wilkinson, Dawn embarked on this project to ensure that the voices of our elders continue to be heard, cherished, and passed down through the generations.

Dawn, a grandparent herself, observed a growing trend of families spending less quality time together, with many opting for screen time over meaningful conversations. For the Grandchildren seeks to counteract this shift, reminding us of the irreplaceable value of learning from our elders. With over 700 million elders worldwide potentially lost every 25 years, Dawn's mission is urgent and heartfelt: "Elder wisdom is an endangered species that we must save!"

This inspiring series invites seniors and elders from around the world to contribute their personal stories, cultural insights, and life lessons. By sharing these narratives, For the Grandchildren aims to foster understanding, compassion, and inclusivity in younger generations.

For the Grandchildren is designed for readers of all ages, encouraging families to come together, reflect, learn from the past, and be inspired to be the best and wisest version of themselves! Whether you're looking for bedtime stories that teach or heartwarming tales that unite, this book is a perfect addition to your family library.
