LA Broker Yvonne Neustadter Delves into Rancho Mission Viejo's Hot Real Estate Market
RANCHO MISSION VIEJO, Calif. - Californer -- Celebrity Real Estate Broker Yvonne Neustadter, mainly known for her work in Los Angeles, is making her mark in the Orange County award winning community of Rancho Mission Viejo (RMV) with 17 Lustre Street.
Former cast member of HGTV's Selling Los Angeles, Yvonne recently sold this beautiful Spanish inspired view home for $226,000 over the asking price, just under $800 per foot; a historic and significant sale in RMV's history.
"I did extra preparation on this home for over a month before it went on market and that really paid off. Me and my team worked extensively on the inside and outside of this home to bring it to the next level. I had multiple offers over the asking price and it could have went even higher than it did. Really proud of the work we did here and even prouder that it was such a significant sale for RMV," said Yvonne, owner and broker of The Property Lab.
