Cibernos now offers a zero-trust platform to provide secure remote access, file sharing and collaboration to on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure
TORONTO - Californer -- Cibernos and Qnext® today announced a collaboration agreement to add FileFlex Enterprise to the Cibernos cybersecurity solution suite including SmartLogin.
SmartLogin enables organizations to centralize security and access control to corporate cloud services (Software-as-a-Service) as well as on-premise from any location and device. It is a platform that reinforces security through: real-time session monitoring, and a system of alerts and security policies for users and mobile devices (BYOD, Bring Your Own Device). By relying on this type of device, it is able to control the login session, thus offering a new generation of multi-protocol access control (SAML, CAS, etc), identity federation and Single-Sign-On (SSO) systems. This eliminates the need to use passwords forever, even allowing the use of Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for the entire corporate environment: both on-premise and cloud based.
FileFlex™ Enterprise uses a zero-trust policy engine to provide secure remote access, sharing and collaboration to a hybrid-IT infrastructure of on-premises and cloud hosted storage and puts it under IT control.
More on The Californer
Cibernos is an ICT consulting and services company with more than 1,150 professionals that has been helping companies internationally benefit from technology for more that 50 years.
"FileFlex Enterprise is the first Industry platform in delivering a unified local access and storage solution in an on-premises secure hybrid cloud environment, for sharing and collaboration," said Rogelio Toledo, general manager of Cibernos Group. "It augments traditional perimeter-based security by always authenticating and always verifying all transactions all the time with a 'never trust, always verify' model where access to data is secured and controlled through a zero-trust policy engine. It is the perfect addition to our cybersecurity suite including SmartLogin."
"Since it started 50 years ago, Cibernos has developed integrated and specific solutions such as SmartLogin adapted to the particular needs of their clients across many verticals including banking, insurance, public administration, telco and utilities, real estate and manufacturing," said Anthony DeCristofaro, president and CEO of Qnext. "Together with FileFlex they can now offer their customers latest technologies that are critical components of an integrated cybersecurity strategy while enabling their remote workforce."
