Loudon NH resident receives brand new roof courtesy of Manchester NH based Clear Choice Home Improvements
MANCHESTER, N.H. - Californer -- Clear Choice Home Improvements is excited to announce the 2019 winner of their $10,000 Home Makeover Giveaway. Royal and Eileen Page from Louden, NH were randomly drawn from hundreds of sweepstakes entries for a home makeover to beautify their home with new roofing, windows, siding, gutters or bathroom products.
Timing couldn't have been better for the giveaway winners. They have been working hard to remodel the entire house but the roof had presented an issue because of the cost, which is why the winners decided to go with a new roof for their home. "When I got the call back in February I was excited and leery at the same time. At first I thought it may be a scam," said Eileen Page. "Now that I know it is real, it feels amazing. This will go a long way for us and what we have been trying to do to fix up the house." Royal, a retired local Corrections Officer and disabled Gulf War Vet, and Eileen, a retired NH Social Worker and former FEMA employee, could not be happier to get a new roof for their home.

For Clear Choice Home Improvements Marketing Director, Jennifer Lanigan, presenting a check to the giveaway winner has become a yearly treat. "The check presentation was a little delayed this year. Once we notified them, we had to reschedule the check presentation due to the pandemic and social distancing guidelines. But now that it's happening, it's very gratifying. To see the big prize go to such amazing people that are so deserving is a great feeling."
Even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the company is still promoting their 2020 $10,000 Home Makeover Giveaway. According to Lanigan, "We typically promote the giveaway at fairs and festivals, but with the cancellation of the majority of these events because of Covid-19, we have been pleasantly surprised to see the amount of entries coming through on Facebook, Instagram and our website. We hope 2020 draws more entries now that more people know about it."
