Topics include advance child tax credit payments and tax law updates
APPLETON, Wis. - Californer -- The last two years have been tumultuous for tax professionals, to say the least. To help tax pros prepare for this coming tax season, two industry leaders have teamed up to host a series of roundtable discussions about the most pressing issues facing tax professionals and address challenges that tax pros will face this upcoming tax season.
The National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and Drake Software are hosting "Taxes Today," a virtual roundtable discussion that is free and open to tax professionals of all levels of experience. The first discussion will focus heavily on the advance child tax credit payments and hit on the opening of PTIN season and current legislation updates.
To view the first discussion as well as subsequent events, interested tax professionals simply need to register on NATP's website. They will then be able to access the discussion for free.
"It's unclear what the next few months will bring for tax preparers and tax law change, but NATP is committed to providing tax professionals with the education they need to perform their job with excellence and serve their hardworking clients," said NATP Executive Director Scott Artman, CPA, CGMA.
