With a co-investment from DIGITAL, Canadian interactive experience platform Goosechase will develop an AI Agent to support teachers in creating interactive lessons.
TORONTO - Californer -- Goosechase, the world's first interactive experience platform, is excited to announce a $250,000 CAD co-investment from DIGITAL, Canada's Global Innovation Cluster for digital technologies, to develop an AI Agent that will transform how teachers create educational content. This initiative addresses a universal challenge faced by educators: the significant effort required to produce and standardize engaging, interactive content for students.
Interactive experiences—activities that engage students through participation, problem-solving, and collaboration—are becoming increasingly vital in education. They deepen understanding, boost retention, and make learning more enjoyable. However, creating such content is time-consuming and resource-intensive, which often leads to creator fatigue and limits the potential of educational technology.
Teachers often express how difficult it is to find the time and resources to create high-quality interactive experiences. And this isn't just an issue in K-12 and higher education—it's a challenge across sectors, including non-profits and businesses, where interactive content plays a key role in engagement and learning.

The new AI Agent, shaped by insights from over a hundred educators, will seamlessly integrate into Goosechase's platform, automating the creation of interactive content. This innovation aims to lighten the load for educators, reducing creator fatigue and expanding access to top-notch educational experiences. With the power of generative AI and real-world data from teachers, Goosechase is set to redefine how content is personalized and experienced in classrooms and beyond.
"Interactive experiences are a powerful tool in enhancing learning and retention—yet the process of creating such content can be daunting for educators," said Andrew Cross, Founder and CEO of Goosechase. "Our partnership with DIGITAL enables us to leverage cutting-edge AI to democratize content creation, making it accessible and efficient."
DIGITAL's unparalleled expertise in developing and scaling homegrown digital solutions makes them the ideal partner for this ambitious initiative. As Canada's Global Innovation Cluster for Digital Technologies, DIGITAL's involvement provides crucial financial support and highlights their continued commitment to future generations of digitally skilled Canadians.
"AI is the cornerstone of industrial productivity, service delivery, and success for Canadian companies and Canadians," said Sue Paish, CEO of DIGITAL. "By uniting industry leaders, innovators and academic partners, we're building the foundation for tomorrow's breakthroughs and ensuring Canada remains at the cutting-edge of global AI innovation and commercialization. We're proud to support organizations like Goosechase to transform how educators create high-quality learning experiences for their students and contribute to positioning Canada as a global leader in these emerging usages of AI."
