Leading home care provider gives its national website and local franchise sites a refresh
CINCINNATI - Californer -- FirstLight Home Care, a leading provider of home care services, has launched a newly designed website at www.FirstLightHomeCare.com.
With updated content, colors and a refresh of the current branding, the main website and local franchise sites feature improved navigation and functionality on desktop and mobile and make accessibility a priority.
The enhancements help clients and families quickly and easily navigate the site to find the home care services they need and help potential caregivers find employment by directing users to the nearest FirstLight Home Care location. Other features include interactive elements, helpful resources and FAQs so that visitors can learn more about available home care services.
Zbra Studios, an award-winning California-based web development, design, and marketing firm, worked closely with FirstLight's marketing team to design, develop and launch the new site. Zoey Smith, owner of Zbra Studios, has been a valuable partner of FirstLight for nearly 10 years, helping the company communicate its brand and mission through a strategic approach to web development with a focus on responsive design and user experience.

"Our goal was to build a website that is a better representation of the amazing work our franchisees and their teams do on a daily basis," said Kimbrough Taylor, Executive Director of Marketing Strategy for FirstLight Home Care. "We wanted to give the site a more modern look and feel. But more importantly, we wanted to give franchisees more customization and control to tell their unique stories. With the ability to add personalized content, local videos and client reviews, franchisees can differentiate themselves in their local communities."
Recently, the company conducted focus groups and surveys with caregivers and clients to better understand how the brand is positively received and where it can improve as it looks to the future. Results from this fact-based research factored into the overall design and development of the new website.
"The need for quality home care services has never been greater," said Glee McAnanly, President and CEO at FirstLight Home Care. "The updated website properly aligns with our strategies for growth and expansion and our company mission to help people have their best day, every day."
