NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - Californer -- Go Rentals, the only Forbes Travel Guide Elite Car Rental company specializing in private aviation and serving successful families nationwide, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ed Barrera as its new Chief Financial Officer. Barrera brings 25 years and a wealth of experience in providing fiscal, sales, strategic, and operational leadership to multinational corporations across various industries, including aerospace and retail products. He has successfully managed the growth, acquisition, and restructuring of both public and private companies.
Before joining Go Rentals, Barrera led multiple departments—accounting, FP&A, continuous improvement, supply chain, legal, and safety—at several companies, driving significant growth and doubling revenue. His outstanding leadership was recognized when he was named a 2023 LA Times CFO Leadership Awards Honoree and a 2020 Los Angeles Business Journal CFO Awards Nominee.
"Ed is an incredibly skilled and dynamic finance executive, with decades of experience across a variety of complex industries," said Kavous Gitibin, President of Go Rentals.
