LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Intuit Inc. ("Intuit" or "the Company") (NASDAQ: INTU) for violations of the securities laws.

The lawsuit claims that the Company tricked millions of people into paying for tax preparation software that should have been provided at no cost. The Company agreed to pay $141 million to settle similar allegations related to its TurboTax product on May 4, 2022. Based on this news, shares of Intuit fell 5.1% on May 5, 2022.
